...offers links to an entire ADV start up kit for $568. What it DOES NOT offer is the riding-gear portion of the kit for women. We caught a lil hell for it and promised to keep digging--And ...Well... I'll be damned... we dug something up.
BUT FIRST... A wee disclaimer:
We don't profess that budget gear replaces high end brand gear. That said, we don't buy that high end brand gear is always what it says it is either. My lil' jury is still out on all that. What we ARE saying / professing in these budget gear articles is that you don't have to be wealthy to ride a motorcycle. You don't have to conform to the ADV fashion show that it has become either. You don't have to bow to brand worship. We want you to get out and ride. Thats where the heart of it all works. That said, in short, IF you are in a position where you cant afford the gear you want or are like us and don't follow that trail... this article offers some possibilities for you.

OUR THOUGHTS... I've held the men's version of this jacket in my hands and looked it over thoroughly. They claim their products have a higher quality feel than their direct competition and they are correct. The only draw back to this jacket as an adventure option is that it is not as long as I'd like it to be for that purpose (adventure). OUR THOUGHTS... Like the matching jacket Ifind these pants to be well rounded for their purpose and while not dirt cheap they certainly are low and fairly priced.
