Skip ahead if you'd like but if you get THIS you already have most of the work done...
ADV is an odd lil word that intimates a WILDLY diverse scope of 2 wheeled adventure interests--motorcycle camping, dual sport riding, adventure touring and of course adventure riding. Each has it’s own focal interest in gear, skill sets, methods and ideal motorcycle… but very near the heart of it... it's all the same…
Street riders have the same sprawling diversity
of style and preference.
And the same applies among them and between them and us. It's only in recent years that these once celebrated differences have become so contentious throughout the gamuts of preference and style and niche and gear and 'insert yada yada here'. It's got to stop.
...the heart of it still beats without these concocted differences.
The opposite is not true however. Motorcycle is only very NEAR the heart. The actual HEART? THAT would be the BROTHERHOOD. If this fact resonates with you please help us nurture it back to the center of things because this whole new 'shit where we eat' thing is a cancer. And guess what.... we each are 'plan A' in doing something about it. And... heads up, there is no 'plan B'.
Skillsets, and other content such as social media portals to connect with other riders are generally found in these larger and smaller blocks that link to videos, our blog, the various social media platforms we operate or associate with, and links to outside resources we've found incredibly valuable.
A RECENT PODCAST INTERVIEW ON THE TOPIC OF MOTORCYCLE CAMPING FOOD
One day you'll make a decision hopefully. You will either go after a dream or play it safe. I can't yet say honestly, with evidence, that either - or is the way for you or us yet really. But I can say this with reasonable certainty ...
No matter what you do, don't do both. Don't go for it always looking back and don't stay always looking to the horizon.
Those are forms of hell I am certain. Make the decision and get on with enjoying your life.
After all...THAT... that is the dream. Right?
